June 19, 2002. Ah, yes. This is the way things are in the World of Julie. A cat sees a flat lap, that cat takes hold of opportunity. I was working on the present for my mom, and Dave made me pudding (see empty mug with chocolate remnants), and Theo took advantage of the lull in my frenetic craftiness. He was so darn comfortable, I couldn't move him. He's a big lap hog, but I don't think he's ever buried his face like this before. Is this too embarrassing to put on my website? Maybe so. Ah well, too late.

Crafts page updates: my mom received her giftie, so now you can go see what it is. I also scanned in some cards I made for Dave a while ago -- a birthday card and a Valentine's Day card.

June 17, 2002. Dave's parents were over at his brother's house for dinner yesterday, and wanted to look at my website. Dave's mom could only remember it as "Julie's World." So of course juliesworld.com is a site that's not, um, suited for family gatherings. I apologize to anyone who has misremembered my site name, and gone to the naughty site instead.
